At LeapAP, our goal is straightforward: remove as much pain as possible from accounts payable (AP). We do that with an advanced tech-first platform designed specifically for real estate and property management, paired with a high level of human support when it matters most.

How It Started

LeapAP was founded in 2019 (originally as CondoWorks) to address a problem that property managers know all too well: high invoice volumes, complex approval chains, multiple entities, and AP processes that rely far too much on paper and manual work.

The company was founded by Erik Levinson, a longtime technology and payments entrepreneur and a condo owner himself. While serving as treasurer on the board of one of Ontario’s largest condominiums, Erik experienced firsthand how painful accounts payable could be in a property management environment. Leveraging his background in software, telecom, and payments, he set out to build a better solution tailored specifically to the industry.

In 2020, Erik was joined by Braedon Hebert, a seasoned early-stage finance and accounting leader. Erik and Braedon had previously worked together at a fast-growing SaaS company and shared a belief that property management deserved modern, purpose-built AP tools.

Together, they grew LeapAP into a leading accounts payable automation platform serving property management companies across Canada and the United States.

What We Do

LeapAP provides end-to-end accounts payable automation for property and community management companies, including HOAs, condo, strata, residential, rental, and commercial portfolios.

  • Seamlessly integrate with property management and accounting systems
  • Automatically download utility invoices directly from provider portals
  • Issue payments securely and efficiently

A key differentiator is our ability to automatically retrieve utility invoices across power, gas, water, telecom, insurance, and waste providers, removing one of the most time-consuming steps in the AP process.
